06.04.2008: The RTI Act 2005 is the most important act that empowers the common people. It is important that ordinary citizens are well aware of their rights and their role in decision-making. The seminars like these are conducted to make people aware that they have a voice that ought to be heard.
The seminar was done at Irinjalakuda Lions Club Hall on April 6, 2008. The class was conducted by State Chief Information Commissioner Sri. Palat Mohandas, and Sri.R.Vijayarajan (Rtd. ADC). M.L.A Adv. Thomas Unniyadan and District Collector Dr. M.Beena presided over the function.
